For Learning Institution/School Borrowers :
● From DepEd, CHED or TESDA Has been operating for the last three (3) years
● LANDBANK as the official depository Bank for the receivables of government subsidies
● Must have historical credit of proceeds of the receivables of government subsidies
For Individual Borrowers:
● Parents, Guardians/Benefactors and student-borrowers of legal age:
▪ Filipino Citizen of legal age and must have established repayment capacity
▪ A co-borrower shall be required if the principal borrower is more than 60 years old and/or with no established repayment capacity
▪ With establishment credit history and good credit standing as evidenced by borrower’s two (2) months of card payments/billings, utility billings payments, among others
▪ Permanent resident or has resided with a minimum of two (2) years in the area of residence
▪ With combined monthly net take home pay of Php 10,000.00, per enrolled student, after loan amortization
For Co-borrower:
● Filipino Citizen, and should not be more than 60 years’ old
● With good credit standing and must have established repayment capacity, as evidenced by Certificate of Employment (COE)/Employment Contract, if employed, Business Permit if self-employed, among others
● Permanent resident/has resided with a minimum of two (2) years in the area of residence.
Enrolling Student requirements:
● Filipino Citizen
● Not more than 50 years old at the time of loan application
● Incoming students who are qualified under the admission and retention requirements of school or Technical Vocational Institution
● Non-scholar student in private pre-school, primary and secondary schools
● Non-scholar student in the tertiary level or non-beneficiary of Republic Act No. 10931 otherwise known as the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act of 2017
● Scholar students whose tuition fees and other enrolment-related fees are not fully-covered by the scholarship benefits, i.e. partial scholarship and intermittently-scholars such as dean’s/president’s listers whose scholarship benefits are dependent to their academic performances at the end of school semester/year
