▪ Individual FRs (CPP-NPA-NDF and Militia ng Bayan) or FVEs (ASG, Maute Group, Dawlah Islamiyah, BIFF, etc.) with immediate family members 1/ as loan co-maker
▪ Cooperatives and Associations with FRs or FVEs as regular members

*Refers to the spouse and the children (legitimate or illegitimate), identified or designated by the FR/FVE or in the absence of the preceding, the parents of the beneficiary. If the surrenderist is a Muslim, immediate family members are the legitimate spouse/s (regardless of number) and children. For FRs/FVEs with more than one (1) legal spouse in accordance with the Code of Muslim Personal Laws, the FR/FVE shall designate the beneficiary-spouse or if unable to, legal and accepted customary practices shall be followed pursuant to the Code of Muslim Personal Laws.

For Individual Borrower
• FR or FVE as certified and endorsed by Joint AFP-PNP Intelligence Committee (JAPIC);
• At least 21 years old;
• With viable projects as determined by LANDBANK based on projected or actual cash flow;
• No pending legal case;
• If FR/FVE has disqualifications on age and has legal case, he/she will designate an immediate family member as borrower

For Cooperative/Association Borrower
• Registered with the appropriate government agency, with FR/FVE as regular members; FR/FVE must also be certified by JAPIC
• With viable projects as determined by LANDBANK based on projected or actual cash flow, either on collective undertaking or individually by FR/FVE members

▪ Small Businesses (such as furniture making, bakery, appliance/machine repair shop, welding, tailoring, parlor/barbershop, variety (sari-sari) store)
▪ Agri-enterprises (such as crop production, piggery, poultry, goat and cattle raising, tilapia and milkfish production)

Term Loan
More than one (1) year up to five (5) years

For Individual Borrower
5% per annum

For Cooperative/Association Borrower
5% p.a. with a maximum prescribed pass-on rate of 12% p.a.
