Under this arrangement, LANDBANK-TBG acts as an intermediary between the Borrower and Lenders, with the main role of ensuring faithful compliance with the terms agreed upon among the parties as contained in a Loan Facility Agreement.

 

• Monitoring and administration of the facility agreement;
• Computation of principal repayments and interest payments;
• Ensuring prompt settlement of principal and interest payments;
• Timely submission of reports;
• Issuing/transmitting notices to ensure compliance with the terms of the loan agreement; and
• Maintenance and administration of a Debt Service Account to ensure availability of funds for repayment.
