LANDBANK offers real-time banking convenience to National Government Agencies (NGAs) through the LANDBANK Electronic Modified Disbursement System (eMDS), which provides a secure, internet-based facility that streamlines the tedious and costly processing of MDS transactions and eliminates the physical transmission of required documents and reports. The eMDS covers transactions such as the transmission of Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), payment of accounts payable to creditors, and fund allocation transfers initiated and approved by the government agency. Requests for checkbooks, on the other hand, are automatically forwarded to the concerned branches for processing.
