acquisition/project/construction/repair/rehabilitation or of the contracted multi-year subscription fee from a SAAS company of the digitalization projects of the borrower

Relending Lending Facilities thru Conduits
 ▪ Rediscounting line – working capital where availments are made against Promissory Notes of sub-borrowers (sub-PNs)

Prevailing rate of the Bank at the time of availment subject to repricing thereafter based on the applicable BVAL/reference rate plus a minimum spread based on the borrower's credit rating.

Any or combination of the following:
▪ Real Estate Mortgage
▪ Chattel Mortgage
▪ Hold-Out on Deposit
▪ Assignment of Notes Receivables/Sub-PNs
▪ Assignment of proceeds of insurance claims
▪ Assignment of proceeds of guarantee claims

§ For STLL-relending, the minimum can be any or a
combination of the following:
▪ If sub-PNs are already available at the time of loan release Assignment of Notes Receivables/Sub-borrower's PNs with at least 100% cover, plus underlying collateral, if any
▪ Assignment of Proceeds of guarantee claims from AGFP, Credit Surety Fund (CSF), and insurance claims from PCIC, if any

The PFI-LINKS Financing Program is LANDBANK initiative that strengthens partnerships with cooperatives, rural banks, microfinance NGOs, and community-based organizations. It provides accessible loans and financial support to small farmers, fishers, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

The PFI-LINKS Financing Program is open to qualified borrowers nationwide.

• Community-based organizations such as farmers and fisherfolks associations/ organization, agrarian reform beneficiary organization, sustainable livelihood program associations, cooperatives, irrigator’s associations, etc.

• Agri-business or anchor firms

• Microfinance NGOs

• Countryside Financial Institutions such as thrift banks, rural banks, cooperative banks

• Primary, secondary, or tertiary cooperatives with a valid CDA Certificate of Compliance

• Agricultural production and trading of agri-fishery products

• Digitalization and automation projects such as software subscriptions, or IT system upgrades

• Institutional and facility development such as building or repairing warehouses, processing plants, or retail spaces

• Equipment or machinery acquisition

• Working capital for business operations (except relending)

• Land acquisition for office or project expansion

• For cooperatives or MF-NGOs, the loan may also support relending or rediscounting activities for the members

• Short Term Loan Line (STLL): Up to 80% of working capital or digitalization cost, or up to 75% of average loan portfolio for relending

• Term Loan (TL): Up to 80% of total project or equipment cost, depending on purpose

• Rediscounting Facility: Up to 100% of the value of eligible sub-loans for palay and corn, up to 90% for other agricultural purposes, and up to 85% for non-agricultural purposes
