The ACSP is a JICA-funded initiative aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity, creating job opportunities, and reducing poverty in rural areas. The program provides financial support to farmers, fisherfolk, small businesses, and agribusinesses to stimulate agricultural growth and sustainable development across the Philippines.
