
Beware of SMS phishing/spoofing attacks!
Beware of fraudsters that victimize through SMS Phishing (SMiShing) where clients are asked to click or download malicious links to acquire sensitive information such as passwords and/or One-Time PINs (OTPs) through SMS.
Please be advised that LANDBANK will not ask for your account information nor will it ask you to click or download a link when sending OTPs on SMS for your LANDBANK Mobile Banking, iAccess, and other e-banking transactions.
We also encourage our clients to update your registered mobile number through these following channels only:
- Updating of mobile number LANDBANK iAccess via https://www.lbpiaccess.com - In the iAccess Main Menu, select “View Client Profile” under “Administration” Menu, and click the “Update Mobile No.”
- Updating of mobile number via email –
- Download the LANDBANK PhoneAccess and iAccess ENROLLMENT & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FORM through this link: https://www.lbpiaccess.com/Enrollment.pdf
- Put a (√) mark in the space provided for “Updating of Profile” under iAccess Enrolment, and input your updated mobile number in the “A. Account and Contact Information” Section; and
- Attach a copy of your valid ID and send it to your branch of account via email
- Updating of mobile number via branch visit – go to your servicing LANDBANK branch to update your mobile number.
